Recipe for Marshmallow/oreo cookies by Lani Choo

With slow fire, melt 1/2 a piece of butter, add in 1/2 a pkt of marshmallow, stir till the marshmallow metled, add in crushed oreo biscuits and rice crackers.

It sounded so easy, with my 40 over years of cooking and baking experience, nothing can go wrong... 

Now for the last two nights, my dinners was crushed oreo and rice crackers with milk and it is going to be my dinner for the days to come. :-(
