Tele-coaching by Nan Yang Foundation

We were the 2nd batch of telecoachers recruited by Nan Yang for SAW (single again women ). We are trained on how to answer phone calls, on listening skill, questioning skill and if necessary, refer them to the in house lawyers or use our intuitions to see what kind of help the callers need.


I have learned alot from this course, especially how to listen to people, understand their feelings and their needs. As the same time know that in most cases we can not help them, they need to help themselves. We should not decide for them what they should do, ask them in such a way that they come up with their own decision.

Another thing I learn on the first day of the course is that most of my problems with others are my own doing, or I should say my own problems in not able to accept people as they are. Most of us want people to see things the way we do and do things the way we expected. ( hence I have problem with Rida and I regreted this )
