I shall be patience!

7/5/2014

Went to Kampong Chhnang for a wedding last Saturday with some friends. First I was told the van would pick us up at 5 am, we will stop for breakfast half way and we were supposed to pack our own breakfast.

I got up at 3am cook a pot for curry chicken to share with everyone (enough for 30 ppl). By 5.30am, no one turned up. Almost 6am, the Baha'i Center was closed, tried calling the caretaker because the friends wanted to park their car and motors inside the compound but no answer. Finally Viraj climbed in and woke them up. All done.

Now it is 6.30am, we had to pick up Chouhor, then Theary and some friends who stayed in Heamou's house. By the time we left it was 7.am......I  shall  be patience!

Stopped  by the temple and had our breakfast.
Breakfast under the tree next to the temple
She was attracted to my camera as I was attracted to her beauty.

The women folks in the village came in full force to help.

waited for the wedding ceremony to start
Boys are boys! who care about wedding?

The guests came all the way from afar getting ready for the event.

The bride and the groom.

Finally, it was over and my patience payoff, I am glad I made it without a fuss and not spoiling everyone mood. I did have a good time everyone was happy!
