Hello, thank you for calling.....

I am sure everyone of you have encounter this when you call your credit card company. It starts like this and this is how I started my day today.

"Hello, thank you for calling xxx bank, please press 1 for English,2 for Malay, 3 for Chinese" so you press 1

"For credit card enquiry please press 1, banking enquiry press 2" so you press 1

"For statement, .... press 1, for redemption press 2, for ....press 3 for ..... press 4.... for ..... press 5, to speak to our customer service officer press 0" so you press 0.

"For faster service press you 16 digit credit card number. if you don't know the number, please wait for the officer" so you key in your 16 digit number.

"Please key in you telephone PIN if you have, if not, our officer will attend to you shortly" Ok, key in you PIN.

"Good morning, thank you for calling xxxx bank, this is xxxx speaking (it is so fast that most the time I could not catch their names) how may I help you?"

You tell your problem, you shout, you let go of you frustration, and you can use any abusive words (I don't do that okay, I am a cultured and civilized people). They will just so sweetly (they may be showing me their third finger) , say thank you for calling and you have a nice day. Your problem still not solve,, they still don't call you back and you carry on you day with tensed shoulder, headache and frustration and how can the day be nice ?????

I know it is not their fault , they are programmed to talk like that and not to solve your problem, it is the system that calculate your finance charge after all, not them. I told her, the company is worst then "tai yee Loong" ans she so sweetly answer "yes" I GIVE UP !!!!

If Fay knows about this she is going to say " Mummy, forget it "
